This week I share a very interesting exercise to help release tensions from the shoulder and neck regions. The trapezius is most easily affected by stress and gets easily overused due to our sitting and working positions. This is a ‘reset’ exercise: it reminds you and your body of how free and open your neck, shoulders and arms can feel.
