Lotus pose is one of those mythical yoga poses that a lot of people like to achieve, although sitting in lotus does not come with any supernatural powers.
When done in the right way it comes with flexible hips and a stable sitting position for meditation. When done wrongly it comes with injured knees and overstretched ankles.
