One of the most common knee problems is pain on the inside of the knee. Even without damage being done to the tissues (like ligaments and menisci) there are a lot of people suffering from this. The most common reason is an imbalance: the muscles on the inside of the knee and leg are too strong compared to the muscles on the outside.

Here is an exercise for you to balance this out. You can do it wherever you are (waiting on the bus, standing in a que, etc…). By doing this regularly during the day you reprogram your body to use your knees and legs in a more balanced way!
